Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: 40 hrs/week; 9a to 5p Eastern
Pay Rate: $68 to $70.42/hr, DOE

Black Belt or Master Black Belt REQUIRED

  • Black Belt with 3-4 years’ experience facilitating business process improvement activities
    • OR
  • Green Belt with 15+ years’ experience driving successful transformation process initiatives may be considered


Primary Role Responsibilities:

  • Experience gathering requirements and implementing HR, Finance, and Workflow systems
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead process improvement activities for Process project and be the Process Lead in Business and Application Transformational Projects
  • Determine the best process and tools to determine root cause, collect pain points, facilitate process improvement, and lead business/application opportunities
  • Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc., resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Complete process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal
  • Achieve buy-in from all decision-makers for the successful application of performance excellence/performance improvement
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in for initiatives
  • Liaise with Technology Solution Leads
  • Liaise with finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking, and reporting the financial benefit of a Performance Excellence project
  • Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives

  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coach managers and supervisors
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Experience with different process improvement methodologies or frameworks
  • Proven track record of process improvement delivery
  • Ability to develop a process improvement framework tailored for the organization
  • Solid communication skills
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward-looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and quality of presentations
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
