Responsibilities:

•  Project Management, cloud compliance projects, applies project management skills: planning, tracking, reporting, and risk identification.
• Supports local client-side project lead in implementing regulatory cloud compliance requirements.
• Coordinates client workstreams and documents compliance-related activities.
• Communicates regularly with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Understands key regulations (e.g. GDPR, BAIT, DORA); practical experience preferred.
• Works independently, is experienced in client interactions, develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and industry standards.
•  Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within projects.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
